Tahya Misr Fund Launches Largest Humanitarian Aid Convoy for Gaza Strip


Cairo: Tahya Misr Fund has initiated the largest humanitarian aid convoy for the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip. The convoy, which took off under the slogan “We Share for Humanity,” is equipped with essential supplies including medical devices, medicines, ambulances, food, water, and personal care items.



According to State Information Service Egypt, the convoy comprises various essential goods aimed at providing relief to the residents of the Gaza Strip. The aid includes dry and canned food, mineral water, juices, clothing, blankets, detergents, disinfectants, and baby care products. The initiative is supported by several high-profile figures, including Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, and Dr. Manal Awad, Minister of Local Development, among others.



Simultaneously, in the city of Asmarat, the Tahya Misr Fund is conducting the Week of Goodness, targeting 20,000 vulnerable families. The event features an extensive exhibition with 200,000 pieces of clothing, food distributions, and support for vulnerable brides. Additional offerings include medical services, youth employment forums, sports activities, and aids for people with disabilities, all provided free of charge.
