A number of Palestinians suffocated Sunday evening during confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces in Silat al-Harithiya town, west of the occupied West Bank city of Jenin. Security sources told WAFA that confrontations broke out with the occupation forces at the entrance to the town, during which a number of citizens suffered from tear gas suffocation. The same sources added that the occupation soldiers set up a military checkpoint on Jenin-Haifa Street at the entrance to the town of al-Yamoun, and inspected citizens’ vehicles.
