Minister of Local Development Mahmoud Shaarawi instructed the executive agencies in governorates to carefully and safely handle the sacrificial meat and its offal during Eidul Adha.
Shaarawi stressed the importance of forming committees, under the supervision of the senior officials in town halls nationwide, tasked with ensuring the safe handling of the meat during Eidul Adha.
Health precautions and conditions should be observed at slaughterhouses and other assigned places for slaughtering, he added.
