The Israeli occupation authorities today handed stop construction orders to six Palestinian homeowners and a water network in Masafer Yatta, south of the southern West Bank city of Hebron. Anti-settlements activist in Masafer Yatta, Usama Makhamreh, told WAFA that soldiers broke into Umm Lasfah community in Masafer Yatta and handed owners of six homes, three owned by siblings, the stop construction orders. He said some homes were two floors and house some 40 people. A stop construction order was also issued against a water network in the community, while another resident was ordered to remove a water tank.
