Labor Minister Mohamed Gobran has stressed that the state is keen to encourage investment, support industry and exports and create a favorable business climate. The minister’s remarks came on Tuesday6/8/2024 during his tour of a jasmine and perfume factory in Gharbia governorate.
The factory, in which some 4,000 farmers work to produce 6,000 tons a year, contributes to covering global manufacturing needs by 60%.
During the visit, the minister had a meeting with Social Solidarity Minister Mai Morsi and Gharbia Governor Ashraf El Gendy to discuss means to encourage investments and remove all obstacles and challenges that may stand in the path of the local perfume industry.
They also checked on the production progress of the factory, reaffirming the directives of President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi to remove all obstacles to encourage investments, back the domestic industry and create proper job opportunities.
