The Sports and Youth Ministry launched on Friday “Her World Her Rules” initiative in Dakahlia governorate meant to encourage girls across the country to play basketball.
The initiative, which targets girls from six years old to 16, is being launched in cooperation with the Egyptian Basketball Federation and International Basketball Federation.
Under the initiative, 100 girls will be chosen from each governorate to train them well and join teams affiliated with the Egyptian federation.
