Minister of Youth and Sports Ashraf Sobhi and President of the International Handball Federation Hassan Moustafa on Friday inspected the headquarters of the Egyptian Olympic Committee at the Cairo International Stadium in preparation for receiving President of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Thomas Bach during his visit to Egypt.

The inspection tour included a visit to the exhibition hall, where the minister reviewed the show to be made during the IOC chairman’s visit.

Sobhy stressed the importance of Bach’s visit to Egypt to review many important files, adding the visit also reflected the political leadership’s interest in putting Egyptian sports on the global map.
