Cairo: Minister of Youth and Sports Ashraf Sobhi has praised the significant role played by young people in offering innovative solutions to global challenges during the 12th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF12), which Cairo will host from November 4 to 8.
According to State Information Service Egypt, Ashraf Sobhi emphasized the importance of Cairo Urban Week, participating in a series of events leading up to the World Urban Forum. These events are designed to showcase the contributions of youth in developing creative urban development strategies. Sobhi’s involvement highlights the focus on engaging youth in addressing the pressing urban issues faced globally.
The World Urban Forum serves as a platform for diverse stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and young innovators, to collaborate on sustainable urban development.
