The stormy weather in the Chouf region has led to snowfall on high mountains starting at 1500 meters and above.
This has caused a disruption on the main road between Maaser El Chouf and Kefraya towards the Bekaa Valley.
The rain in other parts of the region turned into torrents, causing partial road collapses with soil and rocks sliding.
