JENIN: Director of Jenin Governmental Hospital Wissam Bakr said that the slain prisoner Ayman Rajih Abed from the village of Kafr Dan arrived to the hospital handcuffed, and that signs of torture were found on his body after examining his body.
Bakr told WAFA that after examining Abed’s body, signs of beatings appeared on various parts of his body, which confirms that he was subjected to torture during his arrest.
Ayman Taha, Abed’s relative, told WAFA correspondent that Abed was detain at dawn today after his house was raided, where he was severely beaten inside the house, and then he was transferred to the Salem military checkpoint, where he was subjected to torture, which led to his killing.
He confirmed that the Abed did not suffer from serious illnesses or health problems, and that he was detained in good health.
The Red Crescent Society said that its crews received Abed’s body from the Salem military checkpoint.
With the killing of Abed in the occupation prisons, the number of slain prisoners and d
etainees confirmed after October 7th rises to 25, and these are only the ones whose identities are known, while the occupation continues to conceal the identities of dozens of slain detainees who have died in prisons and camps, and so there is no final and accurate number of their numbers to this day, as well as detainees who were subjected to field executions.
