President Abdel Fattah El Sisi pays great attention to young people who represent the force that supports their nation in all domains, Minister of Youth and Sports Ashraf Sobhi said.
Addressing a group of Egyptian young workers and representatives of some youth entities during a dialogue session held Sunday at the ministry’s premises in the New Administrative Capital, Sobhi also highlighted President Sisi’s keenness on providing Egyptian youths with adequate training, improving their skills, and empowering them in all sectors.
Prominent among the senior officials who participated in the session are former Minister of Foreign Affairs and expert at the ministry’s policy and business development unit Mohamed Al-Arabi, President of the Youth Sector Maj. Gen. Ismail Al-Far, and President of the General Federation for Youth Workers Abdel Aziz Samir.
Sobhi stressed his ministry’s commitment to investing in young people, and getting down to their demands and needs by embarking on active projects and programs with tangible benefits on the ground.
“Together, we share the responsibility of building our nation in cooperation with all youth entities,” the minister said, noting that, “Egyptian youth are the cornerstone of the building and development process Egypt has been witnessing despite multiple challenges.”
Meanwhile, Arabi delivered a lecture on the impact of ongoing developments on Egypt’s foreign policy.
After the session, Sobhi toured the ministry’s premises in the new capital’s Government District, accompanied by Egyptian young workers.
