President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has issued directives to complete various projects on the protection of beaches in the cities of the North Coast, especially Alexandria, in accordance with the highest environmental and engineering standards.

The president gave the instructions at a meeting on Thursday 23/6/2022 with Vice Admiral Ahmed Khaled, Commander of the Strategic Command and Military Industrialization Supervisor, Presidential Adviser for Urban Planning Major General Amir Sayed Ahmed and Rear Admiral Ashraf Atwa, Commander of the Naval Forces, as well as other officials, said Presidential Spokesman Bassam Rady.

The president was briefed on the current and future projects to develop and protect beaches in Alexandria and the North Coast, with a view to maximizing the benefit from the country’s natural resources, the spokesman added.
