President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued Presidential Decree No. 51 for the year 2022 appointing Counselor Boulous Fahmi Iskandar as Head of the Supreme Constitutional Court as of Feb.9, 2022.

Iskandar will succeed counsellor Said Marie who retired as it has been announced in Presidential Decree No.50 for the year 2022.

The decrees came in line with the Constitution following the Supreme Constitutional Court General Assembly’s approval on Feb.7.
