SEOUL: South Korean stocks traded higher late Tuesday morning on gains in tech, energy and other blue chips, Yonhap News Agency reported.
The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index had risen 10.22 points, or 0.38 percent, to 2,670.06 as of 11:20 am.
The local currency was trading at 1,312.55 won against the US dollar, down 2.25 won from the previous session’s close.
