SEOUL: South Korean stocks traded lower late Wednesday morning following losses from technology and insurance shares, state news agency (Yonhap) reported.
The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index had decreased 16.15 points, or 0.61 percent, to 2,633.25 as of 11:20 am.
The local currency was trading at 1,336.6 won against the US dollar, down 2.1 won from the previous session.
