Relatively hot weather forecast in most regions until Tuesday

Amman: The weather on Sunday is expected to be relatively hot in most parts of the Kingdom, and very hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with northwesterly moderate winds occasionally becoming active, the Jordan Meteorological Department said in its daily update.

Over the next two days, similar weather conditions will persist, with low-altitude clouds appearing in the northern region, while winds will be northwesterly moderate to active at times, especially in the Badia areas.

On Wednesday, temperatures will drop a few degrees, bringing normal summer weather over the highlands and plains, and hot conditions in other regions, with low clouds in the northern and central areas of the country.

Temperature forecasts for today are as follows: East Amman will experience highs of 35 C and lows of 25 C, while West Amman will see temperatures ranging from 33 C to 23 C. The northern heights will have temperatures between 31 C and 19 C, and the Sharah heights between 32 C and 18 C. In the Dead Sea from
43 C to 29 C, and in the Gulf of Aqaba from 44 C to 30 C.
