He underlined that the path of political modernization is irreversible, because His Majesty King Abdullah II is the sponsor and guarantor of it, and the new laws and the new laws are fortified and intended to be stable and regulate political work in the early bicentennial of the Jordanian state, and as of the next parliament, no amendments can be made to their articles and texts without the approval of two-thirds of the members of the Lower House and the Senate, which confirms the seriousness of the state in moving towards political modernization and the desired party work.
Khraisha highlighted the Parties Law and its requirement that party members be residents of at least six governorates at the level of the Kingdom, that the percentage of women and youth from the founders of the party is not less than 20 percent, and the secretary general of the party may not occupy this position for more than two consecutive sessions.

ls achieved by the constitutional amendments, “as we are today before a historic opportunity to enhance women’s participation in political life through the legislation approved in the political modernization system.”
