Prosecutor General Hamada el Sawy on Saturday 09/10/2021 launched the Public Prosecution’s strategy for digital transformation, according to a statement by the prosecution.

The strategy is the first ever historic, scientific and practical step in the history of the prosecution, it added.

The strategy aims at making it easy for citizens, offering quality services to them, achieving justice and upgrading the performance of the prosecution, the statement said.

The prosecution further mentioned the strategy is also intended to boost decision-making, promote confidence and principles of objectivity and transparency as well as combating corruption and further coordinating with the State’s institutions, it noted.

Such a strategy adopts digital transformation techniques as per Egypt Vision 2030, added the prosecution.

Sawy ordered to follow a scientific approach in outlining the strategy, which calls for using the best national and international practices in this regard.

The strategy will be fully implemented within three years and includes three phases, the statement pointed out.
