ABU DHABI: A delegation led by Mohamed bin Taliah, Head of Government Services at the Prime Minister’s Office, visited the Ministry of Interior’s (MoI) headquarters to assess the progress of Project 2.0 and its impact on service enhancements.
During the visit, the delegation engaged with the MoI’s team, including Brigadier Nasser Khadem Al Kaabi, Director General of Happiness, and Lt. Colonel Mohamed Al Junaibi from the Abu Dhabi Police General HQs.
Brigadier General Nasser Khadem Al Kaabi emphasised the significance of enhancing government services to be more adaptive, innovative, and future-ready. He highlighted the adoption of new methodologies focused on seamlessly fulfilling customer needs and promoting societal well-being, thus fostering sustainable development.
He further stated that, in line with the Prime Minister’s Office directives, the MoI formed an integrated team to implement a series of proactive solutions, achieving a 100 percent completion rate in improving services such as issuing vehicle
registration, vehicle transfer, and traffic file opening, under the new 2.0 framework.
Major Ahmed Al Shamsi delivered a presentation detailing the enhancements made across various Ministry of Interior services, aligning with the UAE government’s aim to elevate service quality, streamline customer experiences, and exceed expectations.
