Alexandria: President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has issued decree no. 120 of 2025 allocating an area of 4.11 feddans of state-owned land in Alexandria governorate to the New Urban Communities Authority for carrying out development projects.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the decree was published in the official gazette. The allocation is intended to facilitate the implementation of various development projects aimed at enhancing urban infrastructure within the region. The New Urban Communities Authority will oversee the planning and execution of these projects, contributing to the region’s growth and development.
