Cairo: Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli has expressed his support for collaboration with a French group to manage and operate several airports in Egypt. During a meeting aimed at reviewing a proposal from an Egyptian-French consortium, which includes Hassan Allam Group and Aeroports de Paris (ADP), Madbouli emphasized the government’s interest in increasing private sector involvement in airport operations.
According to State Information Service Egypt, Prime Minister Madbouli expressed hope that ADP would participate in upcoming government tenders for managing Egyptian airports. This initiative reflects the government’s strategy to enhance efficiency and service quality in the aviation sector through partnerships with experienced international operators.
The meeting also included Civil Aviation Minister Sameh el-Hefny, who acknowledged the significant role ADP plays in managing airports worldwide. Hefny reiterated his ministry’s openness to various partnership models with the French company, recognizing the p
