Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli said Wednesday that Egypt offers promising investment opportunities that French business funds could find suitable to grab.
In a meeting with representatives of French investment funds and banks in Paris, Madbouli reviewed his government’s ambitious structural reform program that paved the way for signing a country program agreement with the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).
The representatives of the French funds praised economic developments in Egypt, which encouraged them to seek investment opportunities in the Arab country.
The two sides agreed on opening communication channels for the French investment funds to be able to send business offers, whether directly to the Egyptian planning minister or indirectly through the Egyptian ambassador in Paris.
