Cairo: Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly held a meeting to review the progress of the Kamal Amer Axis Extension Project, a key infrastructure initiative aimed at enhancing connectivity and urban development. The meeting was attended by Minister of Local Development Manal Awad, Deputy Governor of Giza Ibrahim El-Shehabi, and senior officials from the Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces and the Civil Survey Authority.
According to State Information Service Egypt, the meeting focused on the project’s execution timeline, its integration with the July 3rd Extension, and updates on compensation for affected residents.
The Kamal Amer Axis Extension spans 17 kilometers, linking the Ring Road with the Middle Ring Road, a vital connection for alleviating congestion and supporting economic growth. Prime Minister Madbouly emphasized the need to expedite compensation payments to eligible recipients to ensure smooth project execution.
