Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli has stressed the need for applying the principles of transparency and equal opportunities while hiring cadres at the state’s administrative apparatus.
During a meeting with President of the Central Agency for Organization and Administration (CAOA) Saleh El Sheikh on Monday, the premier said that restructuring the state’s administrative apparatus will help develop government work mechanisms, especially after relocation to the New Administrative Capital.
He further praised the role played by the agency’s capability evaluation center in facilitating the online application for jobs.
For his part, Sheikh noted that all ministries have been restructured, and work is under way to restructure governorates soon in successive steps.
He also briefed the prime minister on the process of hiring 30,000 teachers and 1,000 imams, as well as relocating the first batch of public servants to the New Administrative Capital.
