PM: President El-Sisi Sent Reassuring Message To Egyptians About Positive Economic Indicators, Current Events


Cairo: Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly stated that President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s speech at the annual Iftar banquet held by the Armed Forces this week conveyed several messages, including those related to the Egyptian economy, as he noted it is witnessing positive indicators and the economic situation is starting to improve.



According to State Information Service Egypt, Madbouly made these remarks while chairing the Cabinet’s weekly meeting at the government headquarters in the New Administrative Capital. He emphasized that President El-Sisi has sent a reassuring message to the Egyptian people, acknowledging their anxiety due to current events, which reflects their national responsibility and concern for the country’s stability.



President El-Sisi praised the efforts of the Armed Forces and their role in supporting the pillars of Egyptian national security in all strategic directions, Madbouly added.



The prime minister also discussed his recent visit to the Kandil Steel factory expansions in the 10th of Ramadan City. He mentioned distributing housing contracts to beneficiaries of the “Housing for All Egyptians” initiative during his visit to these housing units in the same city.



Additionally, Madbouly highlighted his participation in a high-level event on Tuesday for launching Egypt’s Integrated National Financing Strategy (E-INFS) in collaboration with the United Nations and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
