Cairo: Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouli met with Mariam bint Ali bin Nasser Al-Misnad, Qatar’s Minister of Social Development and Family, on the sidelines of the twelfth edition of the World Urban Forum (WUF). The meeting was attended by Egypt’s Minister of Social Solidarity, Ambassador Ihab Fahmy, Assistant Foreign Minister for Arab Affairs, and ministry officials.
According to State Information Service Egypt, Prime Minister Madbouli commenced the discussion by warmly welcoming the Qatari delegation and highlighting the positive relationship with Qatar. He conveyed greetings to Qatar’s Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, and extended an invitation for him to visit Egypt in the near future.
In her response, Minister Al-Misnad expressed gratitude for the hospitality and relayed regards from His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of Qatar, to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. She also shared well wishes from the Qatari Prime Minister and Forei

The Qatari Minister extended her thanks to Prime Minister Madbouly for his commitment to providing support and facilitation aimed at enhancing bilateral cooperation. The talks included discussions on potential collaboration frameworks between Egypt and Qatar, as well as partnerships between civil society organizations in both countries.
Prime Minister Madbouli reiterated Egypt’s openness to cooperation in fields beneficial to both nations. He concluded the meeting by asking for his greetings to be sent to His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani.
