Cairo: Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli on Saturday emphasized his ongoing oversight of the efforts made by the Unified Government Complaints System. The system has become a significant tool for addressing citizens’ issues across the nation, he stated.
According to State Information Service Egypt, the Prime Minister shared his comments while examining a report on the complaints system’s activities in October. The report, presented by Tarek el Refaei, Director of the Unified Government Complaints System, outlined the government’s initiatives to address citizens’ complaints during the month.
The report revealed that the total number of complaints submitted through the system in October reached 160,000, as noted by Refaei.
