Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli asserted that Egypt and Romania have deep and profound ties, dating back to 117 years.
Discussions dwelt on ways of boosting economic ties between Egypt and Romania within the upcoming period, added Madbouli.
The volume of trade exchange between Egypt and Romania reached dlrs 1.1 billion during last year, he further said.
This came in a statement issued by the Cabinet’s Media Center on the speech of Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli and his Romanian counterpart Nicolae Ciuca during the press conference held Saturday at the Cabinet’s premises.
