ZAFARANA: The Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources (MoPMR) inaugurated the project to raise the efficiency and develop the health unit in Zafarana at Ras, implemented in cooperation between Gemsa Petroleum Company (Gempetco), Cheiron Energy Company, and Decent Life Foundation.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the project included a comprehensive renovation of the health unit, enhancing its efficiency to provide medical services more effectively. This involved refurbishing all rooms within the unit and reconstructing the unit’s fence. The facility is also in the process of securing the international EDGE certificate, which classifies green buildings.

This initiative is part of Gemsa Petroleum Company’s collaboration with the Decent Life Foundation, aiming to assess and prioritize the needs that enhance healthy lifestyles in Zafarana village. This development also extends its benefits to the Ain Al-Sokhna-Hurghada Road, ensuring appropriate support for the area.
