HEBRON: A young Palestinian man was shot dead by Israeli occupation soldiers this evening during confrontations in the town of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron in the occupied West Bank, according to medical sources.
The Ministry of Health confirmed the murder of 20-year-old Aziz Abdulrahim Ekhlail, who succumbed to critical injuries sustained from live ammunition fired by Israeli occupation forces in the abdomen in the town.
With the martyrdom of Ekhlail, the total number of Palestinians killed by Israeli occupation forces in the West Bank since October 7 has risen to 289.
