NEW YORK: Riyad Mansour, Permanent Observer of the State of Palestine to the United Nations, delivered a speech during the Emergency Meeting of the Security Council on the Situation in the Middle East, including the Palestine Question.

In the speech, Mansour said that “Israel is a rogue State, with a rotten government due to the unbridled impunity it has enjoyed so far.”
