Prime Minister Bisher Khasawneh on Tuesday issued a circular stipulating that all decisions issued in implementation of orders under the Defense Law are deemed null and void.
The circular comes after the issuance of the Royal Decree approving the Cabinet’s decision on May 7, 2023 to cease the enforcement of Defense Law No. 13 of 1992, as of May 7, 2023.
