It called on the relevant international organizations, including the International Committee of the Red Cross, to uncover the fate of Palestinian prisoners, work for their immediate release, ensure their protection and demand an independent investigation into all Israeli crimes and violations against them.
The communique condemned Israel’s adoption of illegal racist laws, including the decision to reject the establishment of the Palestinian state and the classification of UNRWA as a terrorist organization, within the framework of attempts to undermine its role and prevent it from working in the occupied Palestinian territory as part of its targeting of the issue of Palestine refugees and the Palestinian presence, as well as the decision to “legalize” settlement outposts and piracy of Palestinian tax funds.
It also endorsed the legal opinion of the International Court of Justice that there is no sovereignty of the occupying state on the Palestinian land occupied in 1967, and that the right of self-determinat
ion belongs to the Palestinian people.
It called on the UN Security Council to assume its responsibilities to impose an immediate and comprehensive cessation of the Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people, ensure adequate and sustainable delivery of humanitarian aid to all Gaza Strip, implement resolutions 2720 and 2728, and provide international protection for the Palestinian people.
