SALFIT: Israeli occupation forces have uprooted 25 olive trees in Kafr al-Dik, a village located in the West Bank province of Salfit, according to local sources.
The trees, which were over 31 years old, belonged to local resident Mohammad Ayoub Al-Ahmad.
Al-Ahmad reported to WAFA that the trees, which were planted on approximately four dunums of land in the northern part of the village, were ripped out from their roots.
He explained that this land has been subject to continuous violations by the Israeli forces and colonists due to its proximity to the Brukhin settlement established on the village’s land.
