Cairo: The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts moderately warm weather to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, and North Upper Egypt during Monday’s daylight hours.
According to State Information Service Egypt, warm weather is also expected to hit South Sinai and Upper Egypt, while the North Coast experiences moderate conditions. Winds will be active across the country, and temperatures are set to rise by 3 to 4 degrees Celsius.
Egypt will also witness mist on agricultural and highway roads in Cairo, Lower Egypt, Canal Cities, North Coast, Sinai, Gulf of Suez, and North Upper Egypt. Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience low to moderate waves, ranging between 1 meter and 1.5 meters in height, with surface winds varying between southeast and northeast.
The Red Sea will experience moderate waves, ranging between 1 meter and 1.5 meters in height with northeast surface winds. Extremely cold weather is expected during the early hours and at the end of the nighttime, with frost anticipated in Central Sinai.
The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 23°C in Cairo, 22°C in Alexandria, 23°C in Marsa Matruh, 24°C in Sohag, 26°C in Qena, and 27°C in Aswan.
