ABU DHABI: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) announced the plan to strengthen cooperation with the Emirates School Establishment (ESE) by integrating its documents attestation service with the school certificate issuance service provided by the ESE, enabling customers to obtain 3 government transactions in one procedure and through a unified online platform.
The integration process reduces service completion time from 6 days to 3 minutes, as the transaction delivery time was 3 days inside the UAE and 3 days abroad, and eliminates courier service costs.
This initiative grants customers easy access to the attestation service, and offers it proactively, allowing customers to apply for the ‘issuance and attestation of a school certificate-public education’ service through the ESE digital channels and choose MoFA attestation while applying. They can thus opt to obtain a comprehensive government service without the need to visit the websites of the concerned authorities separately.
This comes as a part of a
series of technical integrations of MoFA’s documents attestation service with digital services offered by the relevant entities. The goal is to provide outstanding, human-centred services that align with the objectives of the ‘Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme’.
On its part, the ESE confirmed that making the MoFA’s documents attestation service available along with ESE’s issuance and attestation of a school certificate- public education service spurs from ESE’s commitment to provide a premium service experience that meets the aspirations of students and parents and guarantees their utmost satisfaction within a framework of integration in the work of government authorities. In this regard, the ESE highly appreciated the significant cooperation with the MoFA in this project and the harnessing of all capabilities in order to complete it as required.
The ESE pointed out that providing the school certificate attestation service by MoFA through the ESE’s digital channels, will save customers’ time and effort
and the required service will be provided through one channel without the need to visit more than one service channel. The ESE indicated that this step reflects the major efforts exerted by the ESE in cooperation with its partners in order to achieve the UAE’s strategy and aspirations in the services sector.
