Cairo: Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Ayman Ashour has emphasized the importance of expanding scientific cooperation with international research institutions. The minister noted that these efforts are part of a strategy to localize advanced technology and achieve the state’s objectives related to innovation and sustainable development.

According to State Information Service Egypt, Mamdouh Moawad, president of the National Research Center (NRC), hosted Hesham El Enshasy, director of the University of Technology Malaysia’s (UTM) Innovation Center in Agritechnology for Advanced Bioprocessing. The meeting, attended by several officials, focused on exploring methods to enhance research collaboration between the two entities. The discussions aimed to facilitate the sharing of expertise, support innovation, and develop scientific solutions across various fields.
