Civil Aviation Minister Mohamed Manar asserted that the ministry’s companies and bodies are keen on applying the concept of comprehensive quality in all its offered activities.
This came during a meeting of EgyptAir Holding Company’s higher committee for safety and quality in the presence of Deputy Aviation Minister Montasser Manaa, Chairman of EgyptAir Holding Company Amr Abul Enien and chiefs of the administrations and sectors concerned with safety and quality.
The minister underlined the importance of intensifying training courses in the field of safety and quality for all EgyptAir staff as well as the need for spreading the culture of safety at all levels.
In a statement on Thursday, EgyptAir Holding Company Chairman Amr Abul Enien asserted that the company seeks to provide all measures of safety in all its activities especially in light of the Coronavirus pandemic.
Meanwhile, Head of Safety and Quality Sector of EgyptAir Holding Company Mohamed Galal reviewed the policies and activities of safety applied in all EgyptAir companies as well as the operational system applied to renew the international accreditation certificates including the ISO, ISAGO, IOSA and others.
He also briefed the attendees on EgyptAir’s participation in the safety data exchange program prepared by the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
The meeting also covered the role of EgyptAir in preserving the environment and achieving the objectives of sustainable development in accordance with Egypt’s vision 2030.
