International Cooperation Minister Rania El Mashat asserted the Egyptian government’s utmost keenness on boosting and developing open cooperation channels with the International Islamic Trade Finance Corporation, as an extension of the achievements achieved over the past years, specifically since the launch of the institution’s work in 2008.

This came during her speech, which she delivered via video, during the signing ceremony of the annual work program of the International Islamic Trade Finance Corporation with Egypt for the year 2024.

The Minister of International Cooperation thanked the International Islamic Trade Finance Corporation for the pivotal role that the institution plays in driving economic activity at the global level.

She explained that the new program represents a new step taken by the Egyptian economy towards resisting the current global challenges, which have had negative effects on the global trade movement.
