Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli lauded the efforts exerted by the governmental complaints mechanism and its periodic following up to the complaints of the citizens and working on solving them by all means.
He reiterated the continuity of series and effective handling of complaints received via the system.
This came during Madbouli’s follow up to the efforts of the cabinet’s unified governmental complaints mechanism in September via a detailed report prepared by head of the system Tarek el Refaie.
Refaie said that, at the directives of the prime minister, the system received and detected 170,000 complaints in September.
The ministries of education, housing, interior affairs, health, social solidarity, electricity and renewable energy, communication and information technology and supply and internal trade received and handled 64% of the complaints and requests directed.
The unified governmental complaints mechanism prioritizes complaints related to health, segments that need care, monitoring markets and l
aw enforcement, Refaie said.
