Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development has announced its participation in GITEX Global 2024, taking place at the Dubai World Trade Centre from 14th to 18th October. As part of the Abu Dhabi Government Pavilion, Khalifa Fund will join over 30 government entities and strategic partners, showcasing more than 100 innovative projects aimed at enhancing community welfare and quality of life in Abu Dhabi under the theme, ‘Towards an AI-Powered Government’.

At GITEX this year, Khalifa Fund is showcasing its newly developed AI platform, integrated into the Khalifa Fund’s website and designed to enhance operational efficiency in alignment with the Abu Dhabi government’s objectives for AI-driven innovation. This platform aims to transform public services by advancing government solutions that improve service delivery and effectively address evolving needs.

Mouza Obaid Al Nasri, Acting CEO of Khalifa Fund, said, ‘We are honoured to launch the new AI platform during the prestigious technology exhibition, GITEX. Khalifa
Fund has made significant strides in its digital transformation journey, with this platform representing a major milestone and transformative shift. It reflects our pioneering efforts to promote a culture of innovation and empower the SME ecosystem to adopt sustainable practices by embracing effective AI technologies and advanced smart solutions to meet the evolving needs of the community. This aligns with the objectives of Abu Dhabi’s e-Government Strategy.’

She added, ‘This innovative platform will empower startups and SMEs to thrive and achieve sustainable growth, inspiring creativity and innovation in the SME ecosystem and driving development. This will contribute to achieving the national economic goals of building a knowledge-based economy and transforming it into a smart, inclusive, and sustainable economy, thereby boosting Abu Dhabi’s position as a global hub for innovation.’

The platform leverages the latest AI technologies to optimise operational efficiency, ensuring precision, accelerating intern
al processes, and streamlining complex administrative tasks. By alleviating time-consuming and repetitive duties, it allows employees to focus on high-level, impactful tasks, thereby optimising resource allocation and increasing productivity.

Khalifa Fund’s AI platform provides a wide range of advanced digital support options, including the development and optimisation of marketing strategies to ensure data-driven and effectively targeted marketing campaigns. It also assists in managing social media by automating the posting of media and promotional content, monitoring trends, and enhancing account presence and engagement with the target audience. Additionally, the platform helps in reviewing and drafting legal documents to ensure compliance and efficiency during legal procedures.

Furthermore, the platform serves as a centralised knowledge repository that provides access to information, facilitating informed decision-making, strategic planning, and data-driven recommendations. It also serves as an expert in
managing partnerships by evaluating and overseeing collaborations, identifying synergies, and optimising opportunities for cooperation.

The platform streamlines the evaluation process for startups by assessing their potential and providing data-driven recommendations and insights to support funding decisions.

In the next phase, the platform will provide 24/7 multilingual support, while new features will be added to streamline human resources operations, from onboarding procedures to handling employee inquiries.
