Jordanian Field Hospital, Gaza 79, organizes blood donation campaign in northern Strip

The Jordanian Field Hospital (Gaza/79) organized, on Tuesday, a blood donation campaign for the blood bank in the northern Gaza Strip, with the aim of supplying it to various hospitals in the northern Strip.

“The campaign is part of Jordan’s continuous and ongoing support, led by His Majesty King Abdullah, to the Palestinian brothers in the Gaza Strip, as these campaigns contribute to securing sufficient quantities of blood for patients in local hospitals in the Gaza Strip, supporting their steadfastness and relief,” said the hospital’s force commander.

The hospital also provided medical and therapeutic assistance to support the Palestinian health system as part of its humanitarian and medical responsibility to the people in the Gaza Strip.

For their part, representatives of the Ministry of Health in Gaza expressed their gratitude and thanks to the wise Jordanian leadership and the hospital staff for this generous gesture and blood donation in favor of Gaza patients, which expresses the unity of Jordanian-
Palestinian cohesion.

They also valued the medical aid provided to support the health sector, which will contribute to supporting hospitals and alleviating the pressure placed on them, and will save the lives of many of its citizens, lauding the hospital’s role in supporting the Gaza Strip in all humanitarian and medical aspects.

The Jordanian field hospital in the northern Gaza Strip has provided medical and therapeutic services to about 20,517,000 patients since the start of its mission on July 23.
