The head of the Civil Service Bureau (CSB), Sameh Nasser, and the head of the Central Agency for Organisation and Administration, Saleh Sheikh, signed Wednesday a cooperation plan for 2023-2024 at the agency’s HQ in Cairo. Nasser said the plan is part of the framework of joint cooperation, whose main goal is to build on joint efforts and benefit from experiences and build on them to save effort, time and money. In an interview with the Jordan News Agency correspondent in Cairo, Nasser added that the CSB is working on a “major” national project to move towards linking individual performance with institutional performance so that it is coupled with citizen satisfaction. Nasser noted that the Bureau would receive employees of the Central Agency of Organisation and Administration to inform them of the “pioneering” experience carried out by the Jordanian CSB in appointment and selection on professional and technical competencies. He added that Sheikh handed over copies of the evidence prepared by the CSB in several professions and businesses.
