The Eastern Military District shot down a third drone this month coming from Syria. An official military source in the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces said the Border Guard forces, in coordination with the military security services and the Drug Enforcement Administration, detected an attempt to illegally cross the border from Syrian territory into Jordanian territory. The source noted that the drone was shot down inside Jordanian territory, and the seized items were transferred to the competent authorities.
