Beirut: A Lebanese security official said the Israeli army Saturday bombed Lebanese border towns with heavy artillery.
The bombing targeted the eastern towns of Blida, opposite the Israeli army’s position in Al-Bayada, Al-Dhahira, Aita Al-Shaab, Hula, Al-Qaqour and Al-Naqoura.
The security official added that Israeli warplanes carried out an air strike on Jabal Balat between Ramiya and Marwahin.
Hezbollah had announced targeting the Israeli Khirbet Maar base, the Al-Abad and Jal Alam sites, in addition to a secret command HQ in the Zibdin barracks in the Shebaa Farms and a naval site.
