HEBRON: Tuesday, January 16, 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli settlers Tuesday began working on building a colonial road on Palestinian citizens’ lands in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron.

WAFA correspondent said that colonists began building a colonial road on citizens’ lands in Masafer Yatta, starting from the illegal Avigal settlement all the way to the Mitzpe Yair illegal settlement, with a length of five kilometers, seizing up to fifty dunams of land from the villages of Al-Rakiz and Sha’b Al-Butm, and other villages and areas in Shafa Yatta, south of Hebron.

The occupation forces also closed the entrances to the side roads on both sides of bypass road 60 east of Yatta, leading to Al-Musafer and the villages and areas of southern Hebron.

The occupation forces seized shacks owned by Al-Jabareen family in the village of Shaab Al-Batm in Musafer Yatta, noting that these shacks were demolished by the settlers about two months ago.
