Israeli occupation forces detain a man and his 14-year-old son, and a 64-year-old man in West Bank raids

The Israeli occupation authorities today detained a man and his 14-year-old son, and a 64-year-old man among 11 Palestinians rounded up from throughout the occupied territories, according to Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS) and other sources. In the Nablus district, soldiers detained four people, among them a man identified as Rashad Shaheen and his 14-year-old son Rayyan from the village of Qaryout, and two others from Beita town, south of Nablus. In the south of the West Bank, soldiers detained two men from the town of Dura, in the Hebron district, one of them is Rizeq Rjoub, 64 years of age who spent 25 years in Israeli prisons and was last released in November after serving 19 months in administrative detention, according to the PPS. Several people were also detained during a raid of Dheisheh refugee camp, south of Bethlehem. In Ramallah district, forces detained one person from Jalazon refugee camp, north of Ramallah city. Another was detained from the town of Biddo, west of Ramallah.
