Israeli occupation bulldozers demolish house, agricultural rooms west of Hebron

HEBRON: Israeli occupation bulldozers demolished on Monday night a Palestinian-owned house and agricultural rooms in the town of Adhna, west of Hebron, in the southern occupied West Bank, according to WAFA correspondent.

WAFA correspondent said Israeli forces, accompanied by their heavy machinery, raided the town of Adhna and demolished a house, which was still under construction, citing unpermitted construction as a pretext. The house is owned by a local citizen and is located in the western part of the town.

The occupation forces also demolished a number of agricultural rooms in the area.

Earlier today, the occupation forces demolished a 220 square-meters two-storey house, which was a home for seven members, in addition to an 80 cubic-meters water well.

According to the Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission, during the month of August, the occupation authorities carried out 62 demolitions against 78 facilities, including 36 inhabited houses, eight uninhabited others, 13 agricultural facilities and
others. The demolitions took place in the Jerusalem, Hebron, Ramallah, Nablus, Jenin, Bethlehem, Tubas and Tulkarem.

The Israeli authorities also notified of its intentions to demolish 74 homes and facilities in the governorates of Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Salfit, Tubas and Hebron.
