Israeli forces Thursday uprooted dozens of olive saplings in the town of Battir, to the west of the occupied West Bank city of Bethlehem. Amr al-Qayssi, an activist, told WAFA that an Israeli army unit was accompanied with a bulldozer when raiding the eastern part of the village, and proceeded to raze a land of 4 donums, uprooting dozens of olive, owned by local resident Mazen Abu Ne’me.
