A Palestinian youth with mental disabilities was shot and injured tonight by Israeli forces fire during confrontations that broke out with Israeli forces in the city of Qalqilia, according to local sources. Sources told WAFA that Israeli forces opened fire at Palestinian locals during confrontations that broke out near the military checkpoint erected at the southern entrance to the city of Qalqilia, shooting and injuring a mentally-disabled youth in his 20s with an explosive ‘Tutu’ live bullet. He was taken to a hospital for medical treatment.
